Dentistry's Finest recognizes heavily vetted, deeply experienced dentists in America's 50 largest cities. Meeting our criteria — honesty, integrity, and a commitment to education — is what earns a nomination. Independent review by peer dentists is what carries it forward.
"Anyone can claim to be the best. A Dentistry's Finest recipient is heavily vetted against a published standard — and reviewed by fellow dentists willing to put their names behind it."
When you search for a dentist, you're flooded with ads, rankings, and five-star reviews that tell you little about what happens in the chair. Dentistry's Finest exists to cut through that noise — to help patients seeking quality care find the dentists who hold themselves to the highest standards of integrity, both clinically and morally.
Every nominee is examined on their credentials, their continuing education, their patient outcomes, and their character — vouched for in writing by three fellow dentists. Nominations that meet the criteria advance to next steps, and winners are determined in the final stage. When you see the seal, you're seeing a professional reputation that peers were willing to put their names behind.
Winners recommend the care a patient needs — not the care that pays best. They explain options plainly, disclose costs up front, and never manufacture urgency to sell a procedure.
Clinical integrity and moral integrity are inseparable. Winners are accountable to their patients, their teams, and their profession — and their peers will put their own names behind that claim.
Dentistry advances every year. Winners pursue continuing education well beyond licensure requirements, invest in modern techniques, and take time to educate their patients, too.
This is not a popularity list. Nominees are heavily vetted — credentials, educational record, patient history, and documented clinical work — and every nomination is reviewed independently by peer dentists. Winners are determined in the final stages.
Candidates complete a detailed questionnaire covering credentials, education, patient care philosophy, reviews, and clinical work. Meeting the criteria is what earns a nomination.
Winners are required to provide written reviews from at least three licensed dentists — each stating their name, how they know the nominee, and why they believe the nominee is an appropriate recipient. Up to ten may be submitted. This is the peer review at the heart of the award.
Nominations that meet the published criteria advance. Qualifying nominees are contacted directly with next steps.
Winners are determined in the final stage, prior to placement. Featured listing pages of winners may involve a fee — this does not impact the selection or nominee process, which conclude before placement.
